The Environmental, Health Safety Officer shall be responsible fsupporting the local EHS operation in implementing managing the IFM EHS Management System foperations across the client’s multi-site real estate portfolio; ensuring compliance with JLL, client statutory requirements. The Environmental, Health Safety Officer shall be responsible fsupporting the local EHS operation in implementing managing the IFM EHS Management System foperations across the client’s multi-site real estate portfolio; ensuring compliance with JLL, client statutory requirements. This shall include not limited to: 1. Identifying national legislative standards best practices fimplementation across local site of the client; 2. Implementing practical risk based on the JLL Risk Management Procedure; 3. Supporting local site in health, safety environmental issues, ensuring that the JLL EHS Management System standards are consistently applied identified in these client’s sites; 4. Responsible forganizing ERP work of local site of the client, including file update, ERT member training, exercise, summary report implementation of improvement measures; 5. Ensuring compliance by JLL staff vendors with all EHS policies practices; § Collecting reporting against JLL client EHS metrics KPI’s. 6. Supporting a program fthe audit, measurement reporting of EHS performance against agreed standards; 7. Influencing staff, clients vendors through effective communications; 8. Work collaboratively with site teams to ensure full compliance with all EHS requirements. 9. Develop a powerful EHS culture in all sites, including deliver EHS training sessions, hold EHS workshops, etc. 10.
