What will you do if join us?
• Leading a Global Local Product Line fdamper actuators being responsible fa defined portfolio to profitably grow addressing future needs of local market as the entrepreneur of the business, driving the Strategy of the business, the Product Management over the lifecycle End-to-End Operations Excellence jointly with the respective functions.
• Responsible fthe product line business / portfolio strategy management, (1) developing the global local product line strategy (incl. market & competitstrategy, innovation portfolio, investments & partnerships, etc.) (2) managing the complete product lifecycle (incl. input f4P - from ideation / seeding new product definition, portfolio price positioning, systematic planning / introduction / transition / phase-out of products etc.) focusing on the global releases, global phase-in/ phase outs, etc. (3) making decisions in line with the business strategy of the unit jointly with the Global Head of Product Management the Market Portfolio Mangers (incl. investment allocation, global product releases according to PLM process etc.)
• Taking ownership of end-to-end operations excellence, (1) being the responsible Product Manager within the R&D agile development processes (esp. Minimum Viable Product (MVP), Minimum Marketable Product (MMP), Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), Product Leadership Strategy (PLS), etc.) fassigned global local product development focusing on the synergies, on the platforms, on the global coordination, etc (always only one owner) (2) give support to top-line with marketing sales initiatives driven by the related Market Portfolio Manager Sales teams in a region (3) taking care of supply chain by collaborating with logistics, procurement, quality production (incl. product availability, stock, etc.) excluding SCM flocal markets.
Who are we looking for?
• Graduate in HVAC, mechanical engineering IT/ Network engineering equivalent
• Fluent in English is a must
• 3-years working experience preferably in the HVAC field / Building Management System field with a successful track record
• Excellent rhetorical presentation skills capability to promote ideas products
• Analytical thinking combined with conceptualganizational abilities
• Resilient teamiented personality who is willing to travel likes to work in an international team.
An advantage but not must to have：
• Studies working experience outside China is an advantage
• PM experience is an advantage
