职责描述:Key Objectives1. Lead all security and medical activities throughout LLSHR.2. Ensure that security related issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.3. Implement site-specific security policies and procedures to enforce security measures.4. Control and monitor security patrols around the resort to protect against criminal activity.5. Responsible for all access control to the building and surrounding area6. Prepare written reports of situations, interpret, and enforce internal disciplinary procedures and ensure 24hr protection of LLSHR.7. Responsible for the effective management of the Resort’s Crisis Management Response, including the planning of emergency drills.8. Maintain LLSHR communication systems including the development of communication infrastructure.Main Responsibilities:1. Operations- Overall management and control of inhouse Security team and outsourcing company.- Assessment, training, and management of Security outsourcing company’s workforce.- Responsible for theme park security and hotel security.- Create master plan of security for all LEGOLAND Shanghai Resort.- Create resort anti-terrorist management plan and process of LEGOLAND Shanghai Resort.- Leading security emergency response team with HSS Director, Operation Director, etc.- Maintain relationships with local authorities including Police and Emergency Management to ensure effective emergency response planning and exercising.- Works with all levels of management to ensure security within their units are in line with Merlin’s Group Policies. Works with Group HSS to ensure all HSS policies concerning Security at LLSHR are maintained across the park.- Maintains professional and technical work knowledge by attending workshops, seminars, and professional publications. Maintains knowledge on current changes in local standards concerning Security.- Maintains all licenses and certifications relevant to Public Security Management position.- Minimize losses by conducting thorough investigations when required.- Support the safe and secure operation of the Park and Hotel Security according to Codes of Practice, legislation, and guidelines.- Motivate and develop Team leaders to ensure departmental objectives are achieved.- Ensure investigations into dishonesty, safety and risk or internal disciplinary matters are identified and investigated where required.- Ensure Security team members are trained and suitably qualified to conduct their respective roles.- Manage daily staffing numbers in line with operational guidelines.- Plan and execute Security & operations for large events.- Demonstrate a high standard of verbal communication skills.- Statement and report writing to a high standard.- Attend court when required.- Ensure consistent superior standards of Security operation are achieved daily.- Manage the review of current Major Incident planning and incident management procedures.2. Marketing- The job holder will co-ordinate departmental activities and ensure that all Security Control related matters are dealt with in a manner that is in line with company standards ensuring no adverse PR is created.- Ensure the Resort has an excellent relationship with relevant external agencies such as Police and Counter Terrorism Security Advisors to reduce potential brand risk.3. Financial- Formulate cost effective proposals on security design, security equipment and contract services to protect the Resort providing 24 hours protection, to deter criminal attacks and minimize risk within pre-determined financial targets and time scales.- Manage department budgets and capital planning to meet monthly and yearly agreed targets.4. Development- To work with Resort Heads of Departments on strategies to minimize and reduce security risk.- Develop, implement, and monitor best practice procedures for a well-controlled Security Control environment.- Establish a 5-year strategy for the department to include reduction in risk, optimization of resource, development of team, improved efficiencies.- Review of all departmental procedures to ensure compatibility with the Resort objectives.- Provide leadership to direct reports with emphasis on training and development.5. People- Develop a strong and trusting relationship with the Resort Leadership Team.- Lead and manage the security team performance and provide guidance, as necessary.- Provide leadership and coaching to the Team Leaders, developing relationships with all members of the department through regular communication, coaching and results management.- Promote a professional image always of self, office environment and team.6. Health & SafetySenior Managers are responsible for all aspects of Health, Safety & Security within their Business units, in line with the Group Policy (HS001).
