岗位职责: - HR weekly reports /monthly turnover report/monthly HR topic reports (Greater China); Monthly budget vs actual store labcost report cost analysis; Analyze MainlStore labvs last estimated with finance controlling department; monthly store payroll HC reports; Monthly store incentive reports; - Maintain employee information in HR SAP system; - Monthly retail HR department T&E expense accrual; - Monthly PT hours/payroll checking payment process follow up; - Any ad hoc tasks assigned. 任职要求: - Experience in finance function is preferred, sensitive with data handling; - Detailiented good team player with good stability; - Good commof written English,al is a plus; - Proficient in MS Office applications, mainly fexcel PPT; - Experience in SAP system is preferred, not a must.
