Main Tasks
Pre-Sales
1、Support sales pre-sales activities including spec negotiations, product roadmap plan, product demo to meet customer’s specifications together with related marketing / technical expertise in team.
2、Establish facilitate positive interaction relationship with customer through regular follow-up meetings
3、Liaise leverage customer requests specifications internally
Application
1、Respond to customer field inquiries, work with a cross-functional team of HQ Application team, Product Managers to resolve technical issues projects
2、Self-motivate encourage growth development of application knowledge.
3、Generate application report arrange needed activities to sales directors HQ product managers
4、Build up strong connection relationship with customer counterpart, collect information customer needs.
5、Work with teams acrossganization including sales marketing department, the engineering department, product management, Business Development executives.
Product Marketing
1、Support SMS marketing activities with tradeshows, conferences, roadmap meetings while making sure all the marketing activities can meet ZEISS SMS corporate branding.
2、Understanalyze customer competitor’s product strategy facilitate strategic discussion.
3、Provide market research data to determine product potential candidate using market intelligence by collecting analyzing to gain valuable insight
Requirements
Education
1、Master’s degree above from “211” university, majored in Engineering of Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, Optics related field.
Experience
1、1-5 years application / process engineering experience in SemiconductLitho related field, familiar with overlay analysis
2、Good manner of English Chinese in reading, writing speaking
Other skills
1、Strong logical thinking problem-solving skill
2、Working under pressure great attention to details
3、Team player excellent communication skills cross functions region
